Shipping and Handling

For deliveries to a mainland UK address, dispatch time is generally one working day. So, if you are ordering an item, you can expect to receive the item at your door within 5 working days of placing your order.

We endeavour to keep all items available in stock, but occasionally due to excessive demand or poor supply, items may not be available immediately. We will e-mail you with a predicted delivery date and confirm this once the item is back in stock.

Your Security and Credit Card Security

We value your security and as such have done our utmost to ensure that none of your personal information is at risk while you are visiting our site. If you select to use our secure server option, you will be transferred to the secure server prior to your payment details being requested. The secure server uses 128 bit encryption and as such you can feel confident that your details cannot be intercepted by any third party at any point during the transaction.

Back Orders

There may be occassions where the goods you order from us are not in stock at our premises. In such an event, you will be advised of this situation by email and we will endeavour to issue you with an anticipated delivery date. You have the option to cancel your offer to buy goods from us at this point OR to grant us permission to source goods on your behalf. Should you select to grant us permission to source goods on your behalf, we may take a significant deposit as part payment toward the total cost of the goods. We will give you a delivery date by which you should expect to have received delivery. If we fail to meet this delivery date, we will issue a full refund of any deposits taken. If you subsequently select to cancel your order prior to an agreed delivery taking place, you shall not be entitled to a refund of any deposit paid under this agreement.

Please address all complaints to the Manging Director at the address given on our contact us page. We will endeavour to satisfy all complaints quickly and efficiently.

Returns

We accept the return of all other items only if they are unopened and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within 14 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Definitions

The "BUYER" refers to the purchaser of goods and services.

Fitness for purpose

The company are in no way liable for the purpose and fitment of goods and services supplied to the buyer. The company has no control over the fitment, suitability and method of their application or use. The company excludes any condition or warranty implied by statue or otherwise as to the fitness of its goods or any other particular whatsoever

The companys liability to the buyer shall at no time exceed the price of the goods supplied. The company shall be under no liability for any direct loss and/or expense or any indirect loss and /or expense suffered by the buyer or liability to third parties incurred by the buyer. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect resulting from the supply of goods. The company shall be under no liability whatsoever for the quality and purpose of goods supplied to the buyer or to a third party.
